Please carefully read the recommendations below.

These are proven, experience-based tips that help make your session more comfortable and ensure the best possible result.

Before the session:

  • Get plenty of rest and sleep well. A relaxed and well-rested body significantly reduces overall discomfort during the procedure.
  • Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. These substances can negatively affect your condition and how you experience the process.
  • Begin moisturizing your skin three days before your session. Apply cream two to three times daily. The best options are fragrance-free and alcohol-free pharmacy creams such as:
    — CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
    — La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+
    — Bepanthen Derma
    — Nivea Soft

Soft, well-hydrated skin allows for faster, more precise work, better healing, and reduced discomfort.

Bring with you:

  • Comfortable clothing and, if needed, indoor shoes (e.g., slippers);
  • Ibuprofen (optional) — this over-the-counter medication can help reduce discomfort during long sessions;
  • A small sweet snack, such as a chocolate bar. It’s common for blood sugar levels to drop slightly due to nervousness. This is completely normal, and something sweet will help you recover quickly. If you feel unwell, please let me know — we can always take a short break.
